About Todd Wright
Todd Wright is a family man, pastor, leader, outdoorsman, author, teacher, and coach. In each arena, he’s an investor in people, helping others step into a better future to establish an honorable legacy. Todd has excelled in family life, church leadership, business, and big game hunting, giving him a broad base of wisdom from which to coach others.
Todd grew up in the small town of Tallapoosa, Georgia, and his authentic style helps him connect to people of all walks of life. He is known for being “Real”.
Todd has been married to his childhood sweetheart for 42 years. They have two married daughters, one gift daughter, and six grandchildren.
He has served in the ministry for over 40 years, 30 of which he has led Midway Church in Villa Rica, Georgia. Under Todd’s visionary leadership, the congregation has experienced remarkable growth, from a modest 200 attendees to a vibrant weekly assembly of over 2500. Todd has effectively navigated the many challenges that confront churches, ensuring that Midway Church remains a thriving faith community for many years to come. Notably, in 2007, Midway achieved recognition as the Fastest Growing Church in the Georgia Baptist Convention. He holds Bachelor and Master’s Degrees from Luther Rice University.
He and Lisa owned and managed investment properties for many years before founding The Wright Farm, an event venue in the backdrop of cattle and horses. They sold The Wright Farm in 2019.
Todd invests in church leaders around the world annually through the International Leadership Institute. He has embarked on 70 journeys to 40 different countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, Central and South America.
While all of this is factually true, it falls short of describing an actual person. Todd loves adventure, hunting, hounds, travel, all international foods, or food of any kind, especially steak and ice cream, telling stories, hanging out with friends, and too much more to name.
